Update a tracing account soft limit
PUT/v1/account-management/consumption/tracing-accounts/:id/soft-limit
Sets the soft limit of a Consumption tracing account.
The soft limit caps the daily volume, in GB, that the tracing account is allowed to index. It is the same value as the account's maxDailyGB: these endpoints read and write that value.
The account is suspended once its daily volume exceeds the soft limit, so 0 suspends it as soon as it receives any data. Setting a new soft limit releases the account if it is currently suspended.
The soft limits of all tracing accounts of the owner account together must not exceed the owner account's tracing budget, otherwise the request returns 400.
tracingAccountId in the request body must match the id in the path, otherwise the request returns 400.
Available for Consumption accounts only. If the account is not a Consumption account, the request returns 400.
